President of the Association



  • Organises and manages activities of the Association.
  • Represents the Association in country and abroad.
  • Controls legitimacy and is responsible person for legitimate functioning of the Association
  • Fulfils other duties as defined by the bylaw.
President of the Association represents the Association with authorities of director in compliance with Company law.
The mandate of President of the Association lasts for 5 /five/ years and he/she can be re-elected for the same position.
 
President's authorities in representation are unlimited.
 
President of the Association is elected and dismissed by the Managing Board.
